An original creation by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, our restaurant L’Asiatique par Jean-Georges is located in the Hivernage neighbourhood of Marrakesh. It embarks our guests on a culinary journey that stretches from southeast Asia to the farthest reaches of Japan.
The menu, composed as an initiatory itinerary, takes you on a tour of flavours from the Far East.
Comforting curries, finely sliced crunchy vegetables and first-class sushi… Working with unparalleled precision, the chef presents delicious dishes to be shared, laden with Asian specialities, revisited with a clever twist and gastronomic expertise.
The restaurant “L’Assiatique par Jean-Georges” is open everyday for lunch from 12:30pm to 03:00pm and for dinner from 07:00pm to 11:00pm.

DRESSCODE: An elegant dress code is required in all public areas. Wearing pairs of shorts is not allowed in bars and restaurants as from 06.00 pm.
