During the day, the Bar de la Piscine offers a deliciously healthy selection of juices made with fruit and vegetables straight from the hotel’s kitchen garden. Savour creative mocktails such as the "Secret Garden" that combines cucumber, garden mint, lemon juice and green apple, "Tropical Beet" that is an audacious mix of beetroot, banana, mango and apple juice, or "Avocalada" in which avocado delicately lifts a delicious melange of pineapple juice, coconut cream and orgeat syrup... Everything you need to stimulate the senses and boost your va-va-voom!

To get the evening off to a good start, the menu also includes exclusive house cocktails - one of La Mamounia's finest specialities - as well as a deliciously light, white house sangria.

A selection of starters, subtly seasoned with spices, coriander and lemon grass, as well as a variety of sandwiches, all make for the perfect gourmet snack.

Useful information

The words “farniente” and “dolce vita” seem to have been invented for this bar with its rounded conviviality and whose armchairs and deck chairs invite long breaks. Surrounded by the marvelous Gardens of La Mamounia, located in the heart of the hotel, it offers a menu that is as varied as it is refreshing at any time of the day.


Open every day:

  • From 11 am to 7 pm 

Elegant attire is required in all our restaurants and bars.

Luxury leather sandals are allowed, but plastic sandals and flip-flops are forbidden for men and women. After 6:00 PM, even smart city shorts and bermudas are not permitted. However, children under the age of 12 are allowed to wear city shorts and/or bermudas.
Moreover, backpacks and large bags must be deposited at the Ksar Gate cloakroom.
