Le Menzeh par Pierre Hermé
La Mamounia’s first historical building, The Menzeh – for years known as “Le Marabout” and named according to the legend whereby a marabout watched over the hotel – can be discovered at the end of a stroll along a pathway lined with rose bushes and ancient olive trees.
Le Salon de Thé par Pierre Hermé
Continuing on from the Mamounia gallery, the Tea Room (Salon de Thé) provides an indulgent break or tea tasting at any time of day.
In charge of the dessert menus since 2018, Pierre Hermé now also runs the Tea Rooms, inspired by the two shores of the Mediterranean, as well as presenting a menu of savoury dishes at the Majorelle Gallery, where he showcases his fresh and indulgent vision of French cuisine.
