Each restaurant is an inviting, sensory treasure trove that turns dining into a true gourmet experience. 

While La Mamounia has always been a creator of enchanting settings, its 2020 metamorphosis by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku has reimagined spaces that invite you to escape the humdrum of life in dream-like settings. At the Italien par Jean-Georges, you are plunged into the Roman dolce vita, that of a luxurious trattoria with a winter garden feel.

Just opposite,the Asiatique par Jean-Georges combines a sumptuous traditional setting with heavenly Asian cuisine.

The common thread running through all the restaurants is the freshness of the produce and the creativity of the dishes.

Each menu is a score with its own variations. 

Dim sum at the Asiatique par Jean-Georges, pizzas at the Italien par Jean-Georges, grilled meats at the Pavillon de la Piscine, tagines at the Marocain, and a wide selection of mixed salads are just some of the culinary delights that showcase the art of simplicity at its finest. And you might wonder about the sources of our inspiration. Well, you don't have to look very far - just take a stroll through the hotel’s kitchen garden to find the home of our vegetables and herbs. Fish and seafood also hail from nearby shores. And every season, new dishes appear on the menu, lovingly devised by our teams.
