From the original restaurant, the Patrick Jouin - Sanjit Manku duo have chosen to retain the superb traditional surroundings, revamping them with furnishings that play on the restaurant’s graceful lines and contrasting pale wood with deep indigo blue fabrics.

The light fittings create a warm and intimate atmosphere.

And both inside and out, the establishment is as exotic as a map of the world, reimagined by talented explorers of design and décor.

A fusion of spices and flavours

Jean-Georges Vongerichten is passionate about world cuisine and a true connoisseur of Asian flavours. He has created a skilful blend of colours, textures and aromas: the very hallmark of recipes.

The man considered to be the father of fusion cuisine has fashioned an elegant, modern menu that draws on multiple sources of inspiration.

Salmon sushi and tempura for a Japanese touch, lamb Vindaloo for a taste of India, Vietnamese chicken curry, Malaysian chilli sauce to spice up pan-fried Jack Dory, pad thai with chicken, wonton soup from China... It is a veritable voyage of discovery to explore, and be amazed by.

And that includes the cocktails suggested to precede the meal with an initial spicy note, whose recipes call for Thai chilli syrup, lemongrass and matcha tea.

The desserts are no exception, with exotic fresh fruit, lime-flavoured recipes and a touch of yuzu or passion fruit into the mix.
