Designed as a paradise to the art of living, with its terraces and sun loungers enticing you to indulge in a spot of sweet idleness, and its restaurants and tea rooms tempting you with their gourmet menus, La Mamounia also recognises the body's need for activity.

The large pool, tennis courts, delightful garden paths, table tennis and boules pitch are all invitations to exercise at your own pace, alone or accompanied. Inside the hotel, there is also a gym and a pool tucked away from view.

Sports

Facing the magnificent Gardens, bathed in sunlight and picked out in Majorelle blue, the gym boasts all the equipment you need for your workouts. From treadmills to static bikes, the latest generation fitness machines are at your disposal here from morning till night.

And trainers are on hand to help you optimise your workout or even put together a specific routine. Offering muscle strengthening and toning, cardio-training and stretching, Pilates and yoga, our team will provide you with bespoke private fitness sessions to assist you in achieving your goals.

The outdoor swimming pool

As famous as the hotel itself, La Mamounia's swimming pool is renowned for its impressive dimensions - 25 x 26 m - and its lush and verdant surroundings. Entirely clad in Murano glass, the pool is perfect for invigorating morning lengths or simply relaxing in its 28°C heated water.

The pool is open from 8 am until sunset. Please note that these times are subject to change during Ramadan.

The indoor swimming pool

At the heart of the Spa, La Mamounia's indoor pool is the perfect place to relax in an intimate and quiet atmosphere. Its delightful, tranquil setting invites you to swim at your leisure, before or after a spa appointment, and then, why not deliciously unwind on one of the poolside loungers?

The pool is open from 9 am, with the last entry at 8 pm.

Please note that the minimum age for access to the indoor pool is 18, and from 16 for young people accompanied by an adult.
