From 23 to 29 March 2026, the talented Chef Takehiro Arakawa will once again take over the kitchens at L'Asiatique by Jean-Georges as part of an exceptional culinary residency.

From 16 to 18 April 2026, La Mamounia will celebrate the excellence and tradition of French haute cuisine with three exclusive ‘Paul Bocuse’ dinners, held in the enchanting setting of its magnificent gardens.
 

During the holy month of Ramadan, La Mamounia invites its guests to enjoy an exceptional Iftar in its iconic restaurant, Le Marocain - a majestic setting where the art of Moroccan hospitality is revealed in all its glory.
 

Designed to be a moment suspended in time, these exclusive evenings will be orchestrated by Gérard Boyer, a loyal customer of La Mamounia and an iconic figure in French haute cuisine. Formerly the three-Michelin-starred chef at the legendary Les Crayères restaurant in Reims, he embodies a signature style of cooking that is both sincere and timeless, in which the ingredients are always at the heart of the emotion.

This Valentine's Day, La Mamounia invites all you lovebirds to enjoy a moment of pure indulgence with an exclusive Afternoon Tea created by Pierre Hermé, an idol of contemporary patisserie.
