Roasted double-cut lamb cutlets served with olive and parmesan polenta and sautéed peppers (680 MAD*)
‘Bologna’ pizza - an intricate combination of mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and cream of pistachio (380 MAD*)
- At Le Bar Majorelle**:
Pan-fried lamb cutlets served with celery mousseline, aubergine caviar and garlic confit (680 MAD*)
