Indulging in Easter specialities where, as tradition would have it, lamb takes centre stage alongside other delicacies:

  • At L’Italien by Jean-Georges restaurant**:

Roasted double-cut lamb cutlets served with olive and parmesan polenta and sautéed peppers (680 MAD*)


‘Bologna’ pizza - an intricate combination of mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and cream of pistachio (380 MAD*)

  •  At Le Bar Majorelle**:

Pan-fried lamb cutlets served with celery mousseline, aubergine caviar and garlic confit (680 MAD*)


Slow cooked Oeuf Parfait served with a fricassée of green asparagus and wild morel mushrooms (480 MAD*)

Offer your children once-in-a-lifetime moments that will create truly unforgettable memories:

  • A horse-drawn carriage ride through the gardens (Monday 21 April, for children under 12, between 10am and 5pm).
  • A cookie decorating workshop for children aged between 6 and 12, led by one of our pastry chefs at Le Menzeh tea room (Monday 21 April, from 3pm to 4.30pm).

Be sure to visit the Boutique Pierre Hermé to discover the incredible creations from our new Easter collection dreamt up by the master pâtissier himself, transforming sweet treats into an unexpected playground of exquisite dark, milk and blond chocolate indulgences.
