All the magic of a New Year's Eve to welcome 2024 to La Mamounia

Taking the festive spirit to new heights, the 2023 New Year's Eve dinner will take place in all the many spaces of La Mamounia. This will include each of its restaurants, but also L'Oenothèque, the Majorelle and La Mamounia galleries, recently transformed by designer/architect duo, Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku.

La Mamounia gallery will welcome guests in a soft haven of light, under the Centenary Chandelier, a fabulous luminous sculpture inspired by traditional Berber jewellery.

Nouvel an 2024

Truly mouth-watering, the menus feature sublime combinations reflecting the culinary inspirations of our chefs, be that caviar, foie gras, Agadir lobster, turbot, sea bass, Atlas lamb, Black Angus or Wagyu beef... All in all, an evening to showcase the very best of La Mamounia's culinary excellence.

And of course, there'll be plenty of music on offer too. From 8pm onwards, you'll be treated to the sounds of international party band, the Phly Boyz, and the evening will propel you into the night as we welcome in the New Year with all the joy and energy of dance!

The first brunch of 2024 will be set to music from 12.30pm in the exceptional setting of Le Pavillon de la Piscine. Here, the year will get off to a sweet and melodious start, with mouth-watering aromas from the rotisserie, succulent Moroccan specialities, fresh fruit salads and the delectable delights of Pierre Hermé's signature desserts.

Our festive brunches will be served from 12.30pm to 3.30pm at 1,800 MAD per person, including a glass of champagne or a fresh fruit juice. Enjoy a 50% discount for children under 12.

When chocolate becomes a playground, imagined by Pierre Hermé
True to his taste for innovation and subtle reinterpretation, Pierre Hermé reinvents the traditional codes of Easter. Here, the egg gives way to a universe inspired by play, strategy and challenge. Chess pieces, puzzles and targets are transformed into gourmet sculptures, crafted with absolute mastery of textures and aromatic balance.
Dark chocolate with intense notes, milk chocolate with smooth, rounded flavors, and delicately caramelized blond chocolate are elevated into true, ephemeral works of art.
