Every evening at sunset, the atmosphere takes on a serene and spiritual feel. The intimate alcoves, bathed in soft lighting and adorned with delicately arranged lanterns, offer a truly timeless backdrop, enhanced by exquisite musical entertainment alternating between the captivating voice of our female vocalist and the authentic sounds of our Andalusian trio.
Embark on a gastronomic journey to the heart of Morocco
Throughout the month of Ramadan, our Iftar menus celebrate the richness and diversity of Morocco's culinary heritage. Each week showcases the traditional dishes of Marrakesh, Rabat, Essaouira and Fez, offering a veritable sensory journey through a kaleidoscope of flavours.
Served from sunset until 8pm, Iftar features a generous selection of mouthwatering fresh fruit juices, traditional soups, gourmet accompaniments and signature dishes carefully crafted by La Mamounia’s chefs. Each dish is conceived as a tribute to ancestral recipes, revisited with flair and finesse.
