Conceived as a sweet declaration of love, the Valentine's Day Indulgent Afternoon Tea celebrates the unique flavours of Maison Pierre Hermé, enhanced by a few delicately balanced savoury touches.
At Le Salon de Thé by Pierre Hermé, the experience unfolds around an exquisite menu:
- An Ispahan mocktail - a delectable tribute to Pierre Hermé's legendary flavour combination of rose, raspberry and lychee
- Savoury snacks featuring subtle flavour combinations:
- Avocado toast with crab meat and a raspberry vinaigrette
- Savoury waffle with tangy sea lettuce and salmon roe
- Corn chips with devilled eggs, gherkin pickles and crispy red onions
