Celebrations of all kinds are a wonderful source of inspiration for this talented pastry chef.
As the year draws to a close, the following mouthwatering creations are back on the menu to delight the taste buds of young and old alike:
- the delicious Advent calendar, with a chocolate or confectionery surprise each and every day;
- a selection of Yule logs, featuring Pierre Hermé's sublime creation crafted especially for La Mamounia, accompanied by other flavours, as well as a variety of delicate Alsatian stollen and melt-in-the-mouth Italian panettone;
- the wonderful and ‘infinitely almond’ Twelfth Night cake known as La Galette des Rois;
- and of course traditional truffles and glacé chestnuts that are always a delight to the taste buds at this time of year.
This festive selection will be available in our boutique from 1st December.
