For this year’s celebration of romance, the great pastry chef has come up with some delightful variations on his three renowned classics: the Ispahan Macaron, a divine combination of the subtle fragrance of rose punctuated with the sweet notes of raspberry and lychee; the Infiniment Passion in which the fondant yet crunchy meringue exalts the warm acidity of the passion fruit; and the Infiniment Chocolat, a sumptuous blend of Madagascan vanilla ganache with smooth Pure Origin Belizean chocolate cream, underlined by a beautiful shortbread texture and crunchy chocolate leaves.
Now available at the Pierre Hermé boutique, these mouthwatering creations have been redesigned as "entwined hearts" - delicately crafted symbols of eternity to share with your loved one for a deliciously indulgent Valentine's Day.
