All the magic of a New Year's Eve to welcome 2024 to La Mamounia
Taking the festive spirit to new heights, the 2023 New Year's Eve dinner will take place in all the many spaces of La Mamounia. This will include each of its restaurants, but also L'Oenothèque, the Majorelle and La Mamounia galleries, recently transformed by designer/architect duo, Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku. La Mamounia gallery will welcome guests in a soft haven of light, under the Centenary Chandelier, a fabulous luminous sculpture inspired by traditional Berber jewellery.
Truly mouth-watering, the menus feature sublime combinations reflecting the culinary inspirations of our chefs, be that caviar, foie gras, Agadir lobster, turbot, sea bass, Atlas lamb, Black Angus or Wagyu beef... All in all, an evening to showcase the very best of La Mamounia's culinary excellence.
And of course, there'll be plenty of music on offer too. From 8pm onwards, you'll be treated to the sounds of international party band, the Phly Boyz, and the evening will propel you into the night as we welcome in the New Year with all the joy and energy of dance!
The first brunch of 2024 will be set to music from 12.30pm in the exceptional setting of Le Pavillon de la Piscine. Here, the year will get off to a sweet and melodious start, with mouth-watering aromas from the rotisserie, succulent Moroccan specialities, fresh fruit salads and the delectable delights of Pierre Hermé's signature desserts.
Our festive brunches will be served from 12.30pm to 3.30pm at 1,800 MAD per person, including a glass of champagne or a fresh fruit juice. Enjoy a 50% discount for children under 12.
The Pierre Hermé Boutique and La Mamounia's Centenary Yule Log: the ultimate in gourmet celebrations!
To celebrate its Centenary, La Mamounia asked Pierre Hermé to come up with a unique, never-before-seen creation that would encapsulate, in perfect alchemy,
the flavours of Morocco.
In response to this request, the pastry magician has created one of his most marvellous delicacies to date: a beautifully crafted yule log that celebrates both the Centenary of the Grande Dame and the spirit of Christmas. But above all, it is a divine tribute to traditional pastries in the form of an ode to the almond in all its many guises, and reminiscent of the sweet, bewitching scents of the Moroccan gazelle horn. The almond is unveiled in all its majesty, and the textures within are rich and voluptuous.
The melting sensation of the marzipan combines with the lightness of the almond cream and the crunchiness of the amlou, which is wonderfully enhanced by the delicate scents of orange blossom and candied oranges from the gardens of La Mamounia.
A superb symbol of the world of La Mamounia and the Kingdom of Morocco, which offers an irresistible invitation to embark upon the most delectable of journeys.

La Mamounia Boutique and the Centenary Edition
With its selection of objects and accessories that are all as charming as they are refined, La Mamounia Boutique is the perfect place to take away precious memories of a stay in the world's most beautiful hotel.
Whether you opt for a delightful, exclusive date-scented perfume created by the famous house of Fragonard, leather goods, stationery or tableware, you will be spoilt for choice. And even more so, as this year draws to a close, with the superb Centenary Edition from La Mamounia. This is a special event collection: a welcome reminder to lovers of the hotel, a nod to the elegance of the Grande Dame, and the perfect gift for loved ones.
This edition includes a porcelain service comprising six plates and a set of two coffee cups, with a vibrant and poetic motif on a shaded background in blue, yellow and white. Produced by Bernardaud, it is the work of Adam Amazdaou, the uncontested winner of the "Tell me the story of La Mamounia in six plates" design competition. The plates come in two variations - a white centre or a drawn centre - and three sizes: 14, 21.5 and 27cm in diameter.
Also designed by Bernardaud, a lithopane depicts a delicate design of palm trees engraved on a fine bisque (non-glazed) porcelain. Thanks to this technique, invented over a century ago, the glow of the candle shines through the votive creating a delightful interplay of light and shade.
The Centenary Edition includes a figurine with a strong symbolic importance to the hotel: that of the Doorman, or Bawab in Moroccan Arabic. With this figurine, La Mamounia wanted to celebrate the exceptional commitment of one of its most emblematic employees. This mascot embodies the warm and friendly welcome received by all those who cross the doors of our establishment. It reflects a heart and soul that have spanned our hundred-year history and is testimony to a tradition in the art of entertaining that is more alive than ever.
