Set against the enchanting backdrop of the hotel’s legendary gardens, Emmanuel Renaut will launch this series of gourmet events on 6 October with a menu brimming with freshness and flavour, featuring starters of lobster and caviar and main courses of red mullet and tender beef cheek.
On 7 October, the two Michelin-starred chefs will present a collaborative menu, blending their respective culinary worlds and signature dishes - seafood for Emmanuel Renaut with lobster and a red mullet quenelle; and game and poultry for Olivier Nasti.
On 8 October, Olivier Nasti will showcase his beloved Alsace region with a delightful reimagining of sauerkraut, paired with delicate smoked eel and exquisite petals of young roebuck meat. This will be followed by two stunning main courses - the first a sublime pairing of line-caught sea bass and sea bream, and the other centred around the finest, farm-raised poultry.
The desserts accompanying these three Michelin-starred menus will be created by master pâtissier, Pierre Hermé. The experience unfolds through an array of textures and tastes: a luxurious pairing of chocolate and crisp pistachio, the refined elegance of caramelised apple, and his celebrated Mogador Millefeuille - an exquisite creation weaving the bright, exotic notes of passion fruit and pineapple.
Each menu is designed around a food and wine pairing, with each starter and main course accompanied by a selection of AOC wines by the glass, all carefully selected by the chefs and our sommeliers.
