A chef with a truly remarkable career, Simone Zanoni has established himself as one of the most creative figures in contemporary Italian gastronomy. At the helm of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le George in Paris, he embodies authentic, refined cuisine, combining tradition and modernity in a manner perfectly in keeping with the values of La Mamounia.
In newly refurbished surroundings, Simone Zanoni's inspiration is all set to infuse La Mamounia's Italian menu with tantalising accents from the south, featuring dishes that are at once classic and comforting.
With this collaboration that starts in September, La Mamounia promises a new and unique experience, inviting guests to savour the exquisite fusion of Italian audacity with true Moroccan refinement.
