La Mamounia, one of the most Instagrammable hotels in the Middle East
Published on 10 May 2024
With 58,000 photos posted on Instagram, La Mamounia is one of the Top 3 hotels in the Middle East with the most viewed accounts on this social network platform.
This excellent visibility comes as no surprise, and is the result of continued efforts on the part of our digital marketing team. But long before design and aesthetics became key criteria in the choice of destinations, our hotel was renowned for its enchanting setting and wonderful interiors inspired by the ancient treasures of the Kingdom of Morocco. Indeed, Sir Winston Churchill loved to come here to paint his delicate watercolours in the unique light so cherished by artists.
If La Mamounia is particularly sought-after today by a clientele in search of magical places to immortalise their stay, it owes as much to this heritage of refinement as to its continued quest for beauty and offering the ultimate in quality.
It is this same quest that drives us to preserve, embellish and enhance the various interior and exterior spaces that make up La Mamounia, whether this is tending to the magnificent gardens, renovating the bars and restaurants, re-imagining the Great Hall or subtly lighting the patios... a series of gestures that offer Instagrammers idyllic conditions in which to capture their memories of those fleeting moments in time. Some of their favourite spots include the hotel's lush garden walkways, the swimming pool with its traditional Moroccan mosaic tiles, and the grand entrance with its famous doormen draped in their red capes, whose smiles symbolise a time-honoured tradition of welcome and hospitality.
