Thanks to the magic of a new décor created by designer duo Patrick Jouin and Sangit Manku, you will find yourself in a light-filled Roman trattoria. A winter garden decorated with delightful frescoes of playful cats, furnishings in subtle almond green tones, and large picture windows opening onto the surrounding vegetation.

An Italian menu with sun-drenched flavours

The pleasure of tasting begins with an aperitif and its accompanying antipasti: sun-drenched garden vegetables, charcuterie, buratta and calamari fritto misto are just some of the early promises of a cuisine as tasty as it is delicious.

Then comes the time to choose: wood-fired pizzas prepared with the simplest of tomato and basil toppings to the finest of truffles; pasta recipes ranging from the classical to the original; risotto with all its seasonal variations...

In keeping with the tradition of a true Italian meal, why not continue with a main course where you can choose between wood-fired specialities such as roast lobster or turbot, osso buco and aubergine en croûte, to name but a few. And to finish, a dessert from, once again, the inventive menu offering fruity and chocolatey temptations by pastry wizard, Pierre Hermé.

Wine-lovers will appreciate the fine selection of Italian wines on offer to enhance this sun-drenched cuisine.

For lunch from 12.30 pm to 3 pm
For dinner from 7 pm to 11 pm

*In case of bad weather, during summer and periods of low activity:
- Buffet breakfast will be served at the restaurant L'Italien by Jean-Georges every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Elegant attire is required in all our restaurants and bars.

Luxury leather sandals are allowed, but plastic sandals and flip-flops are forbidden for men and women. After 6:00 PM, even smart city shorts and bermudas are not permitted. However, children under the age of 12 are allowed to wear city shorts and/or bermudas.

Moreover, backpacks and large bags must be deposited at the Ksar Gate cloakroom.
