From 16 to 18 April 2026, La Mamounia will celebrate the excellence and tradition of French haute cuisine with three exclusive ‘Paul Bocuse’ dinners, held in the enchanting setting of its magnificent gardens.

These exceptional evenings will be orchestrated by Gilles Reinhardt, Head Chef at the Paul Bocuse restaurant in Lyon (2 Michelin stars) and Best Craftsman of France. Heir to exceptional savoir-faire and guardian of a world-renowned culinary tradition, he embodies the spirit of the Bocuse house with rigour and sensitivity. This translates into precision of movement, absolute respect for the produce, a sense of generosity and a desire to pass on his knowledge.
