Two exceptional evenings at the Oenothèque on 17 and 18 October: our exclusive dinners created in collaboration with double Michelin-starred chef Stéphanie Le Quellec

Published on October 4

Our private evenings at the Oenothèque, a superb and intimate setting in which to indulge in the art of living and the ultimate in refinement, are always an unforgettable experience. The events on 17 and 18 October 2024 invite you to discover the inspiration behind a leading name in French gastronomy, one of the few women to have been awarded two Michelin stars.

Her exclusive menu has been devised in five movements, each accompanied by a champagne or wine in perfect keeping with the dish in question. It is a magnificent voyage between land and sea, from lobster with a delicate vanilla-infused Dugléré sauce to lacquered veal sweetbreads subtly enhanced with black truffles.

Wine and food pairing menu at 3,700 MAD per person, wine included

When chocolate becomes a playground, imagined by Pierre Hermé
True to his taste for innovation and subtle reinterpretation, Pierre Hermé reinvents the traditional codes of Easter. Here, the egg gives way to a universe inspired by play, strategy and challenge. Chess pieces, puzzles and targets are transformed into gourmet sculptures, crafted with absolute mastery of textures and aromatic balance.
Dark chocolate with intense notes, milk chocolate with smooth, rounded flavors, and delicately caramelized blond chocolate are elevated into true, ephemeral works of art.
