The grand master of the art of Japanese haute cuisine invites you to sample an exceptional menu showcasing the excellence of the produce, the precision of the touch and the depth of the flavours.
During a series of exclusive lunches and dinners, you'll be offered creations that take sushi and sashimi to the pinnacle of refinement. Savour tuna tataki, hamachi tiradito, stuffed squid, sushi rolls and much more besides…
Every mouthful will transport you to the beating heart of Japan, in a wondrous celebration of the senses.
* In Japanese, Omakase means ‘I leave it to you’. This expression refers in particular to the gastronomic compositions centred around sushi, devised entirely by the Chefs.
